No one has a christal ball, and it is impossible to accurately judge what will happen in Feb. when the judge's decision comes down. This is a highly speculative decision, and you should be fully prepaired for the consequences if it goes against us. I am in this and well underwater. I have, IMHO, no choice but to see this out, for I would kick myself forever if I sold and no injunction materialized. INSM has a lot going for it, and, at this moment, it has a lot going against it.
