Insmed Inc (INSM)

I am considering buying some shares of INSM (actually I am definite), but can't decide whether to wait till there is a ruling on the patent issue or not. Does anyone know when this decision is expected? I agree with those who said that if it goes against INSM there will be a short term drop in share price, but that ultimately this will not have a major effect on revenue. Is anyone laying odds on whether the decision will go for or against? If it's highly likely to go against INSM, shouldn't I wait for the temporary dip to get in? Or am I risking a major spike in price before I can get my shares? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
