excess high is on 30 min stand alone candle
i am going to mark poor hi poor low and excess low/high
at eod charts
it does not have to be completely standalone
the 230pm candle did 4 points of excess (was an excess high)
so its doubtful its the top since it was so weak excess high
the RTH and ATH should be in sync and it was today
