Completely false. The trustee isn't coordinating with any sort of new officers or letting them file 8K's in Edgar. The SEC doesn't send "emails" to "confirm no wrong doing" either. All of that is fabricated as part of the scam to sell stock.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
