That’s wrong, trustees gave them Edgar access to file the 8ks so nothing was done without their knowledge. Adeel still very adamant that these made up stories are all lies. Also has emails from SEC confirming no wrong doing on their end, just waiting for trustees to provide what SEc wants and SEc will grant them access to file.
