Cautious, you are correct it is the 29th. as for dilution there hasn’t been any since Greg took over the share structure has stayed the same. Authorized shares are 4 billion and the outstanding has stayed at 3.7 billion and some. You can see that on the otcmarkets page.

Greg has kept his word so far. He does not want use toxic lenders and he doesn’t plan on doing a reverse split until he builds the company and adds more value to it.
