post 62155 by game7alcs. He posted the following information as to where the test city is located and it's population:

"~94 km NE of Mexico City with a pop. of 250,000"

I just checked Monterey (Google) and it says that Monterey has a population of 1,110,000.

I think they chose a more viable city in which to do their testing PRAYERFULLY with the intent of covering the globe when system testing, free usage to work out the bugs/problems, proved successful.

WIDD, do I sound both hopeful and anxious?

It would be nice if their motto was

first -- Pachuca

next -- Monterey

finally -- THE WORLD!!!!!
