So help me understand what you are saying.

You use the word dilute. Do you really mean there were 600 million shares traded? Someone offered and someone bought? That is trading.

My response was to someone suggesting that the company had issued 600 million shares presumably from Treasury (new shares) as they referenced the company getting cash to pay for operating expenses.

I was trying to clarify the exact nature of that comment as shares cannot be issued from Treasury without filing a 8 k
