Did you see this BS from George Sharp

He tweeted that RETC cannot dilute.

What in the world makes him think that RETC can't dilute?

He says it like only existing restricted shares can be added to the float, but since June 18, 2020 when RETC filed its 10K for 2019, the float has grown from 598,300,000 to 2,192,234,266

RETC has been a delinquent filer since July of 2020.

Yet, as recently as January 22, 2021, one of the toxic funders, Oasis Capital LLC, did an SC13 to report that they had been issued 117,592,651 free trading shares

And the float has grown by around 1.5 billion since RETC went delinquent.

There is absolutely nothing stopping the toxic lenders from converting debt and adding to the float at this time.

It happens all the time with delinquent filers and pink sheet stocks.

George claims that the TA numbers don't support room for dilution.

But the authorized share count is 8,000,000,000, so there is plenty of room for them to add to the O/S. That is verified by the TA.

I think the only one "talking out of his" (as George puts it) is George.

I wonder at what point that tweet will get deleted?

It'll be funny if the TA updates the RETC numbers in a a week or two and it shows the O/S and unrestricted share count have gotten bigger.

And as I typed this, George stepped up and corrected his earlier tweet (at least in part):
