The more the stock drops in price the more they reward themselves.

I'm not against stock option awards but would like to see some context around them. There had to have been some discussion around the grant at the Board level other than Geewillikers why don't we grant 26,000 shares to someone that already has 10% of the Company.

Looks like owning over 10% of the Company is not an incentive enough for key people at $LEXX.

I think we are starting to see why none of the supposed buyers that were to be interested in the Company did not show up after the up-listing; once they discovered their money goes straight into the pockets of senior management regardless of performance they ran quickly away.
