RVNC does all of the manufacturing for Fosun—there has not been (and will not be) any transfer of RVNC’s IP to China. I figure it took about a year from the RVNC-Fosun deal announcement in Dec 2018 for Fosun to obtain China’s regulatory approval for clinical trials with US-sourced botulinum toxin and to acquire enough Daxi inventory for the trials—i.e. until Dec 2019. But then COVID struck and it took until now for conducting such trials to be practical.
