72.8M+ U.S. cable subscribers at EOY.

And this is only from the top cable providers.

There are ~464 providers offering cable service in the US alone.

We have no idea what the infringement number is.

If there are ONLY 30M DOCSIS 3.0 cable modems infringing, doing a little math...
Dr. Teese's range is: 0.28 to 1.06 per modem per month, we'll average or 0.67.

30M * 0.67 * 12 months * 9 years > $2.17B (not including Comcast's 3x)

A take it or leave it offer to me is more like 800M to 1.2B.

Carter has money from Bentham and we don't know all the details.

Admittedly, not in $50M example though because never reached distribution.

And for global settlement b/c Commscope, Cisco and others involved, who knows.

Carter has a winning hand so $1B infringement is the absolute provable minimum IMO.

So this makes at least 2 of us that don't get it Rejean.

Cascading Scruffer

P.S. It also makes little sense to screw-over (some very highly) "Unstable" penny stock investors. Carter will need eyes in back of head forever.

P.S2. Now where's my vodka Kool-Aid. LÖL.
