Just thought I’d chime in. As for the stop sign !!!
The stop sign is because of the late
10k. Here is the reason. Wether anyone believes it or not is not my concern. The 10k was ready 3 weeks ago. The company is trying to clean up the books and remove
All the debt from the past that is not only old and most is not reliable the auditor request confirms to be sent out to verify or qualify what’s real and not. They needed correct emails and /or addresses since some of these debts where very old and Past any statues so it has taken a while to get this done. Once these are all returned ( some of which have been returned). The 10k should be complete and filed possibly the end of this week early next that’s it, no other problems the company is going to great lengths to get the books in order. ( for the benefit Of ALLshareholders ) and to move this company where it is going forward because big things are coming. So those who don’t want to ride should get off the train !! And sell your stock and move on
