Wealthy Venture Capital groups got the short end of the stick on the HMBL play as it was sent direct to market of the OTC with the reverse merger.....the big IPO makers don't like to see something like that. They want to sell those hyper priced shell structure buy ins a phase at the time.

Here HMBL insiders and direct market buyers get a chance to steer their own ship.

The low share prices today give others a chance to vest at the levels of the December "Venture Capitalists."



To think of this as a street level "Renaissance Festival" offering in many ways is accurate. IMO

Not sure I will keep posting here much longer. Ihub has it's place in my heart but, I need to get outdoors.
