WIDD...very interesting post...i had speculated that perhaps they were doing something of that nature, getting feedback from those who are using the network...i presume once this round is over and they have to pay for usage of the access card, they'll wait and see what percentage of those continue with it to get a scope/percentage of those they can expect to sign up nationwide...just a guess...

who was it that you spoke to at Globetel...John was his first name?

btw...i believe it's been confirmed the city is Pachuca de Soto...94 km NE of Mexico City...GLTY
