RJD Green (OTCPK:RJDG) enters initial acquisition discussions with two firms in the medical billing sector that compliment the IOSoft Integrated Claims and Payment System.
The acquisition targets offer different regional coverage with medical billing as the primary revenue, along with additional revenue streams from related services.
IOSoft provides proprietary software for medical billing, Healthcare claims adjudication, automotive and electronic payments, along with payment software platforms.
