Sorry for the late reply - I've been out of town. No, the only indication came from counsel for the govt., who indicated it was a familial relation, but I didn't get the sense it was anyone too close to the inner Foley Fraud Circle.

Judge - who, as you know, had a previous tenure at the SEC - was none to happy and made those feelings abundantly clear to Foley.

IIRC, the govt. and Foley's hack are supposed to recommend more specific language - clarified enough that even an idiot like Foley can read it and understand.
