Thanks for the report. I was too bizzy sleeping to make an 8AM (Pacific) call time for this matter (and I kinda 'spected you wood be onit and report here anyway). I wuz also purty shure that his Coyote paw slap was gonna be the ~OUTTcome.

During the call was there mention of which relation/relative was solicited for the $5K and the birddog for other investors? Name and/or relationship to Coyote? Or was that nott specified per the protective order (which is whut I wood haff 'spected)?

We don't get to see the protective order itself as we are nott parties nor counsel in this matter, butt I wood 'speck that a typical protective order in this type of case wood prohibit the public disclosure of the email chain(s) or voice recording(s) and any non-party/third-party participant(s)/recipient(s) of those communications other than those which may be used as evidence in he case-in-chief and admitted into evidence formally during trial.

I hope he wasn't trying to defraud his Uncle Steve or Uncle Richard, or worse, one of his in-laws.

We already know from his most recent bankruptcy filing that he swindled the Earthly Remains of BRUCE L. BEAN (aka "Bruce Albini" aka "B.B.") ~OUTT of 20 large that B.B. and his estate will never see again.

Man, Coyote defrauding his own pack - that's low even by coyote standards. Even Travellers usually don't swindle their own caravan group members.
