Verde Bio Holdings Inc (fka VBHI)

I see two positives with this dilution:

1. The ceo openly announced it in order to raise capital to buy assets which in return will bring in revenue. *This is rare in the otc. Most ceos don’t use capital raised through dilution to buy anything. He’s actually buying revenue producing assets.

2. Instead of the original goal of $14.5m he scaled it back to 10m.

This ceo is very transparent which I like. I also like that he’s trying to get debt off the books as fast as possible. That tells me that he wants this venture to become as profitable as quickly as possible probably to make it look attractive for a private entity to purchase down the road.

Overall this is a must buy for me. Looking at the chart this stock has had recent days with price spikes in to $0.11+. I would love to flip this if such a spike presented itself.
