Subtopic: Is the United States “over-reporting” and China “under-reporting” COVID Deaths?
ABSTRACT:
This weekend there has been a lively conversation about what the difference is between a “Pandemic” and an “Epidemic”. This was started by @rafunrafun over on iHUB when he asked a simple question: How is COVID a global pandemic but CVD isn’t? That’s a very good question.
In this edition, we’ll look into world “pandemics” and “epidemics” and see what statistics say about the leading causes of death worldwide. We’ll compare these with COVID-19 statistics to see what’s really going on.
