crtg. A "PROVIOSIONAL" Patent will NEVER MATURE into a non-Provisional PATENT?" on its own, though it holds a financial benefit in launching an idea, as each one costing $140.00!! It gives one additional time to refine the original P-Patent, (1 year,) but a legal Non-Provisional patent, which is the basis for potential infringement, has to be applied for, plain and simple! The Prov'l Patent is not a patent, period!!!

The Patent Application leading to a regular Patent has to have all the corrections and improvements of the product before it is granted? Why has it taken so long to complete the details if the product if it is ready for sale? They are not telling you everything, just what helps them keep you cornered with them? IMO..

If they can start selling the CHS by law, why hasn't the Regular Patent go though! They seem to have a few Prov'l-Patents, but they could all be off-shoots of the original Provisional Patent?

The term "Patent-Pending" can be used with a P-Patent, but it cannot be confused with a Non-Provisional (Regular Patent,) which some people may think? The Boys probably paid the $750.00 for the Regular Patent Application, but are waiting for it to be finalized? GLTA..
