I agree the long-term holders have locked up the float, I would not be surprised if 400M+ is locked up in solid hands, Waiting for the PPS that was promised during the Bioharp run.

I expect the letter and Pink current soon, and then merger news.

And it will be good to have a new solid, working, and upstanding CEO, as the recent news release has stated as we need a change in leadership to truly go from speculative to operational company.
