Remember they had earning projections months ago and said they don't like to present these at this time. You wouldn't have earning projections if you didn't have a product. The product is there and the negotiations ongoing to sell it.

News over past year has been painting over the wall

No one can buy a few shares in a block without casing the price to jump up, this is tightly held including by some of the posters on this board who have a sizable chunk
