Basically all the trials in question start with surgery followed by recovery and 6 weeks of chemo-rad.

After that, they randomize to either follow up chemo per Stupp, or experimental.

The discussion is that all the other trial data counts the OS as from randomization. ATL and dozens here argue that NWBO should be able to run the exact same structure an count OS from surgery,
