Will Capital Gains Tax Breaks Be Provided for GREEN STOCKS?

If SO, let's demand that NAK be declared as a Critical Resource Stock for the New Green Economy.

If NOT, let's demand it for all stocks whose Primary Contributions will be for the NEW GREEN ECONOMY such as NAK.

We are going to need to get Big Tax Relief once NAK is approved.
