Good morning! That very well could be the case and makes a lot of sense. I hadn't thought of that.. that they could be opening up the opportunity for past note holders to convert on their past loans that are overdue to clear up that debt off the balance sheets. AGREE, the added shares we think are past convertible debt that the current audit is accounting for in order to get PINK current. Over 13 billion shares traded this month! If it was debt that hit the O/S it was eaten alive.
