Do you need "voters' support" of Commons/Prefs if a new BOD is elected in April ?
Is a certificate of authority enough for you ?
Meanwhile I know a whole number of shareholders who didn't issue a statement for the Equity Committee last year. Some of them own millions of shares. However, for sure they will authorise you to be represented in this case.
It would be helpful if you could send me a draft of a "Certificate of authority".
I will care for distribution in the German-speaking area.

Once she told me that she was stationed as an army doctor (I think) in Frankfurt/Germany for a long time.
She resigned after her husband became seriously ill.
Afterwards I received a short email, but since then haven't heard from her anything.
