Definitiely not stupid questions but already answered on the FAQs page and further on the Privacy Policy which is clearly addressed already. See links below for the answers already posted.

One thing I noted from reviewing the matter was that Humbl has taken the general philosophy to heart of "Don't reinvent the wheel." They are using 3rd parties with exemplary service records to insulate the amalgamated entity(Humbl aka HMBL) from the types of claims or concerns that are natural when making transactions.

As for auto logout, it might be a bit like the ol "my Tesla was auto pilot" claims that seem to arise every month or so on the news.....

You can log it out it's just up to the user.....seems like some of the other social media apps nowadays don't auto log out either though.
