RE: Baker Brothers Purchases. I said in my post that I did a search and that is what came up. I pasted their comment but here is the link to support what I posted. It was from gurufocus.com. Subsequent to your reply, here are 3 more links showing BB's position in AMRN.
I did NOT represent an opinion nor assert my personal belief. I was trying to add something of value to the board and a poster, as others do. This just might be the last time.

This is not meant to be a complete summary, but this is what was available. If they exercised warrants or a convertible, they still acquired shares. Whether there were open market purchases or not, I will not be the judge and really do not care at the moment. Here is another paste from GuruFocus:
