Just my two cents here for what they’re worth, but before everyone believes there’s a direct competition with BTO technologies best we do our research. In my initial findings BTO placement on to a CMOS photonics device looks to be pretty complex. (Just Look up BTO/IBM and you can read for yourselves). In the real world of manufacturing complexity equals high manufacturing cost. Which well all know gets passed down to customers. This “race” will be won on low cost and high speeds. It’s getting very interesting and I for one like where this wave is rising.
