It seem like they are slowly moving to a clean shell, it’s amazing how long it take for a simple attorney letter to be posted. After that it should take a few days to get the stop sign removed and be PINK current.

Then the real works starts for them, to build or bring something in of value! They struggled in the past to do this, and tried multiple pie in the sky ideas they could never get done, let us hope this time they have an agreement to bring something in and they can report it is complete.
