(the “Company”) executed an engagement letter with BF Borgers CPA PC ( “Borgers”), the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm, the purpose of which was to retain Borgers to perform an audit of the Company’s balance sheet as of September 30, 2019, the related statement of operations, stockholders' equity (deficit), and cash flows for the year then ended, and the related notes (collectively referred to as the "Financial Statements") for inclusion in a Form 10-K for the year ended September 30, 2019 to be filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“2019 10-K”) .
