Dung Anh Hoang (Dung) is currently a Senior Transport Specialist of the World Bank office in Vietnam. He works on the Vietnam Transport Development Program, focusing on expressway network, multi-modal transport, transport logistics and private sector participation in transport infrastructure. Prior to joining the World Bank in Vietnam, Dung enjoyed working as a Lecturer in the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, and then joined the Ministry of Transport where he managed ODA-funded transport portfolio. His passion is to work for a world of full partnership and cooperation for its development. He received his Master of Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand.
