$RGBP "I follow bio's, and immediately took a long position in RGBP when the initial deal was announced with $ONPH, but I started to have some doubts about this possibly being a pump & dump? I always try do extensive DD, especially on any OTC stocks, and dig where need be. So in doing so, I personally confirmed that today's RGBP SEC filing was indeed legit in every way. I spoke with Ben Borgers of BF Borgers CPA this afternoon, and their company proves to be a 100% reputable auditing firm for small public companies. Ben's a graduate of Texas A&M, which says a lot imo, and throughout our conversation he impressed me with his professionalism, honesty/integrity. On top of that, I also received confirmation that they have been hired to complete the Qtrly & Annual audits for RGBP, and this firm has a solid history of working with & completing audits for certain current high level officer/s of Regen BioPharma.
