They are known dilutors as is CDEL, OTCX and a few others we have had hit us hard in the past week. They are not shorts as there are no real amount of shorts go check the SEC government website. There are only 2,401 short RGBP shares. Shorting is a myth used because many do not understand all the dilution that takes place in 99% of penny stock scams.

I’ve watched ASCM cover their naked short position hundreds of times. If they’re on the bid they’re covering. Plain and simple.
