Tend to agree with you art35 on the time frame for the audit. Who knows audit work could move faster than anticipated. W'll see.

I honestly do not think that the audit will take 3 months ,, or 2 months



Once audited filings are submitted and the ticker becomes current, RGBP can be traded on more trading platforms. Things could move fast and furious at that point.
