He controls the main asset with the preferred A series shares. That asset is Block 30. Yes..he dictates all...but what I am trying to get through to all is that you don't necessarily need 51% to have control. I have seen roughly less than a third control in Delaware via case law. From memory...thinking Oracle.

So it has everything to do with the question. Control is just that...control.
