This wasn't about asking Ace O of a company specific information about specific actions they might be taken. At least a few have asked contacts at omni for general information of what can be expected after a general takeover of custodianship. Questions like do the shares of the original company stay consistent or can the custodian somehow adjust or reverse split at cetera at his whim. Can the custodian Retire or increase shares at the benefit of a possible reverse merge candidate. Can the current price per share be halted or adjusted? Lots of questions can be answered but they choose not to.
