I would add to that perspective that the BIEL has been punching bag for MMS over the years. I'd guess there could be some legacy exposure there. But in time there will be a day of reckoning. The story continues to get better. At some point the PPS will align to the storyline. All IMHO. Until then I'm happy to accumulate.
