I am so pissed off at David right now there are no words for it. He let us dump off a cliff all day Friday until minutes before the close before he put out that PR with news from a day earlier he clearly could have put out pre market to stop insane bleeding. Then today again insane selling and then investors selling and at this point congrats to those who have been selling and saving their profits. I honestly never in a million years thought he would allow us to be brought down to first days prices. I wish I had sold in the .07 to .08's and never looked back now I am so angry. I don't care if I intially got in on dye 1 cheap and made alot of money it was alot more before the spicket was non stop running. I know how long audits take. I am going to decide in the days ahead what to do. I completely lost trust today when we saw .02 below the first days highest PPS on the breakout initial run. I will only post DD that we get from filings now if and when we get them. These recent 8zK's have been great but not with all the recent dilution and he never cared enough to get news out pre market before everyone is down too much that a few minutes is not enough to recover for new buyers. I added shares in the .03's to .04's so yes I am pissed.

The length of an audit can vary depending on the size of the company and whether there are necessary preparations made, but on average, an audit takes about 1-3 months to complete.
