My portfolio is not as extensive, but every single ticker I went into in 2021 has gone blood red (-60 % or more) since the middle of Feb when it all started with Lordstown Motors. Prior to that I was really doing great through the first 6 weeks or so. 2020 was not a good year and I laid kind of low so was really hoping (as I think we all were) that the market would be green once the economy started opening back up. I tend to pick high risk / high reward, forward-looking stocks in general, so I expect volatility - but I NEVER expected everything I’m in to dive so far, so fast. We’ve got kids and an old house, my stock plays are for hopefully being able to put them into college, and I really want a new 2 car garage too. I am extremely hopeful things will start to look better later in the year. I have to admit, I am worried that with the new Administration, this could be our new normal however, and I’m going to stay locked up for a while until some of my red starts to turn to green - I hope!
