1 PHI group inc is moving to getting current with the SEC 2019 10k filled
2020 Q1 filled. according to CEO Q2 and Q3 could drop 4/19 or 4/20 it should be noted that PHI group is at the mercy of Auditors and how quickly they can get the Financials ready to post. the company looks to be fully current reporting by 5/17/2021

2 it has been stated from the CEO and reported on many websites that PHI group is looking to Uplist into a senior stock exchange like nasdaq.

3. next conference call scheduled for 4/20/2021 it should be noted that PHI group most recently as of this report participated in the emerging growth conference at which time the CEO when asked what his company could be worth within 12 months teased viewers with stating that he couldn't speak on that yet and that they are working on releasing an international press release regarding a special project that they have not previously discussed with the public CEO also mentioned billions of dollars before quickly restating that he wasn't ready to disclose to the public just yet but that maybe when they get current more could be revealed concerning the matter

4. Share buyback. company has stated publicly that it intends to buy back 15 billion or more as needed. It has been speculated from long time shareholders that PHI group thru a third party has already negotiated for 19 billion shares to be collected ahead of the company becoming current to avoid having to pay a much higher stock price when fully reporting in may

5. Special dividend pay out of future listed company american pacific resources *APR* it has been stated from the company that it intends to list APR to a senior exchange for every 20 shares of phil you will receive 1 share of APR while keeping all current shares of phil

6. subsidiary vinafilms under GAAP audit. investors wait in huge anticipation for the reveal of the Financials CEO states that he believes the worth of vinafilms alone would be enough to uplist them to nasdaq. Investors thru research of Vietnamese websites believe revenue to be around 150 to 200 million usd a year

7. PHI group activates first ever luxembourg bank fund designed for the massive growth of the Vietnam area with expectations of billions of USD passing thru this fund into Vietnam the fund has sub compartments designed for construction projects health care projects solar projects and special projects. The fund was constructed by Ben Carl Smet the very person who played the biggest part in developing the banking laws of luxembourg itself
It should be noted that DR Ben Carl Smet has created 50 other bank funds that have all been extremely successful

8 asian diamond exchange *ADE*. Phi group looks to model the Dubai diamond exchange worth over *50+ billion usd a year* for the Vietnam area phi group has stated and it has been reported that some people who were apart of the original team that put together the Dubai exchange will be working with PHI group to help model the ADE after the very successful Dubai exchange and to provide access to contacts within the diamond industry to supply diamonds and professional personal. Phi group is in talks with the Vietnam government and has secured 200 hectors of land for the project. However another location was made aware to the company near a new international airport that is under construction. at this time phi group has applied for 600 hectors of land in this new area and has on going talks with the government.
