If you take out about a year and 3-4 months for Covid , it amounts to a good location with a Building that needed to be modified, plumbed and permitted for their plans. Ive stood across the street from the location and know it to be a great location. So I dont see it as management. I see it as lucky we were not open with full expenses and then have covid hit.
