The fdic has already claimed they have nothing but a few million in cash to cover admin expenses."

It will come from the HOLDING COMPANY. Everything the Holding Company was 'holding' is NOW owned by those who hold Escrows.

JPM did NOT buy the Holding Company.
FDIC has NOTHING to do with the Holding Company.

The Holding Company had/HAS assets that were NOT affected by the BK.
