Anders, I don't think any real shareholders would give credence to this lawsuit nor be shaken out of their shares. However this could be used as a pre-text for cover to hammer the stock as on April 1. Regardless whatever action on the downside will be short lived. This is very different from the days of Phase V, we have data lock and we know the company is in the process of publication of the results. I'd rather LP not telegraph what stage we are so that any day could be the day of TLD.

Tomorrow will be interesting.
