Now I can't find the 8-K but there is one that terminated the relationship with the company that was then responsible for auditing and preparing financials which led up to us being delinquent. I believe it was dated approximately 12/2019....
The fact that they are behind does not bother me at all. He made a commitment to get current and that's good enough for me...
