Sent the following CC questions to Henry. Go $PHIL

Henry probably can't answer all of them.

1. This past week there was no stock dilution does this mean the last note holder is done diluting the stock? Also, you mentioned there were some creditors that want shares instead of cash do you have an estimate on how much that dilution might be?

2. Do you have an estimate on what filing we will see the Vinafilms revenue in and when that filing could possibly come out?

3. Is there a deadline when you must get current maybe sometime in June 2021?

4. After you get current, how soon will you announce the stock buyback numbers?

5. When do you plan on going back to Vietnam can you discuss the meetings you will be attending?

6. You mentioned that you will receive funds to deposit into the Luxemburg funds in June? Can you tell us the amount of funds you expect to receive in June 2021?
