3) The FDIC (R) Receivership has not been closed

4) It was always said there is no money in the active bk case, rather the large monies are in Safe Harbor which would require the FDIC to be released most likely before distributions start

5) When the aforementioned actions are ALL completed, then and only then will this be over with large amounts of monies distributed or zero
