Anders, I don't know if the 25 to 50 referred to by Marzan was intended to be the share price offered, or the billions in market cap. I do believe that $25 to $50 billion is possible in a buyout, especially if further testing brings proof that the vaccine works in many cancers, not just GBM.

When we speak about buyouts, partnerships, etc. and mention billions, it really ought to be what is being paid in billions, not the price per share. Given the proxy isn't requesting additional shares be authorized, I would suspect that we'll be looking at another vote later in the year if the company is to partner, be bought out, or continue operating to resolve the unconverted warrants if they'd exceed the authorized shares and provide for continuing operations.

If before the General Meeting the TLD is revealed, I'm not certain the company couldn't ask for an additional vote on raising the authorized shares, and perhaps even delay the meeting. It's clear the company is playing their cards close to the vest and things will happen in their time, not before. Their actions, or inaction, may be holding the stock down now, but long term may have tremendous benefits, time will tell.
