A settlement would be good. However, there is speculation as to the amount. Even a small settlement has upside beyond the financial aspect of the win, which has been outlined here previously.

Not everyone with a different opinion is trying to bring the price down to pick up cheap shares. If someone is a real long does the daily fluctuations in PPS really mean anything? NO. Who cares about the daily PPS unless one is a day trader. Most are here for the big win.

The PPS simply bleeds down when there is no news. There are definitely differing opinions as to the amount of a settlement with Linden or others. If someone doesn't want to be "manipulated" then don't sell.

It's laughable that folks get so worked up about the daily fluctuations. People should hold onto their shares if they believe they have a winner in their hand. Otherwise, sell for a profit and sit on the sidelines.
